    All orders over $100 ship for free to the continental US. Other shipping rates will be confirmed and applied automatically at checkout. All rates are based on regular ground shipping.   • Return Policy

    It's important to us that you're happy with your From The Forest® purchase, and we will back that up with our return policy. We have an extended policy for flooring and wallplanks™ since we understand you may not open a box right away. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within forty five (45) days for flooring and thirty (30) days for wallplanks™, except for sample orders, limited edition or clearance items, and moldings.
