From the Forest ( FTF)  authorized retailers for flooring and  wall products are well appointed to provide professional installation, service and sales of FTF branded products. 

We encourage consumers to only purchase FTF flooring and wall products from authorized retailers.

Since many  unauthorized internet  retailers are  not able to offer  follow up service for installation issues or  warranty management  the FTF product warranty will only be supported by the manufacturer  if product is purchased  thru authorized retailers.
